The Emirati ambassador to the country, Dr. Matar Al Neyadi stated that 108,000 Kuwaitis visited Dubai from January 1 to April of this year.

Al Neyadi’s words came during the announcement of the launch of the 26th session of “Dubai Summer Surprises”, starting from the 29th of this month until the 3rd of September 2023, under the umbrella of the Dubai Festivals and Retail Corporation.

Al Neyadi said, “The Kuwaiti tourist is welcome in his second country, the Emirates, among his family and friends,” revealing that about 6 million tourists visited Dubai during the four months from the beginning of the year until April 30, of whom 13% are from the Arab Gulf states, an increase estimated at 34% compared to last year.

The Emirati ambassador pointed out that about 170 flights per week link Kuwait International Airport with the Emirates airports.
